Advised UBS on the conclusion of a CHF 9 billion Loss Protection Agreement with the Swiss Confederation in the context of the merger with Credit Suisse.

Advised Georg Fischer on Swiss financing aspects of a voluntary recommended public cash tender offer for all shares in Finnish piping system specialist Uponor. The total equity value of the tender offer was approximately EUR 2.1 billion.

Advised an investment fund managed by Highbridge Capital Management in connection with an USD 104.5 million senior secured credit agreement providing for delayed drawdowns subject to certain conditions.

Advised owners of ARGO-HYTOS Group in connection with the financing aspects of the sale of 79.5% of their shares to Voith Group.

Advised a major Swiss bank on SERV covered export financing for a Greek borrower.
