Jackie Gerson
Biography
Jackie is an associate in our Firm's North America Litigation & Government Enforcement Practice Group and is based in our Palo Alto office. She is a member of the North America Trade Secrets Group.
Jackie has externed for Judge Troy L. Nunley and Judge Dale A. Drozd of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Practice Focus
Jackie concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. She handles a variety of disputes, including trade secret misappropriation, contract disputes, privacy and data security, and other statutory and common law claims.
