Nicolas Eckert
Biography
Nicolas Eckert is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Practice Groups in Zurich. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Nicolas trained at several Swiss first-tier law firms in Geneva and Zurich and worked as a corporate counsel and board secretary in one of the largest Swiss insurance groups.

Nicolas Eckert advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
