Marek Disman heads the Firm's Real Estate & Environment Practice Group.
Practice Focus
Marek advises on complex real estate matters as well as on due diligence investigations. His practice also involves advising on legal aspects of commercial leases, sale and lease back transactions and real estate and acquisition financing.

- Advised RC EUROPE on sale of retail parks portfolio in Romania.
- Advised RC EUROPE on sale of retail parks portfolio in Serbia.
- Advised CTP group on acquisition of a logistic Park in Prague in a workout situation, negotiation with the owners and the financing bank, as well as implementation of the commercial agreement.
- Advising Czech Property Investments, a.s. on acquisition of a portfolio of 19 office buildings across the Czech Republic
- Advising Czech Property Investments, a.s. on acquisition of several shopping centers in the Czech Republic

- Advised Československá obchodní banka, a. s. in connection with financing of acquisition and refinancing of Crystal office building in Prague.
- Advised Československá obchodní banka, a. s. in connection with financing of acquisition and refinancing of Blox office building in Prague.
- Advised Československá obchodní banka, a. s. in connection with refinancing of certain CTP entities’ debts and repayment of indebtedness of one of the borrowers.
