Biography

Julia Digruber is an associate in the Baker McKenzie Corporate/M&A/ESG Practice Group in Vienna.

Prior to joining the Firm, Julia worked for three years in a renowned independent Austrian law firm in Vienna, where she gathered experience advising national and international clients in all kinds of corporate matters and complex national and international mergers and acquisitions.

Since joining the Firm, Julia has acquired in-depth experience on ESG and sustainability matters. She studied law at the University of Vienna and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she specialized in corporate and securities law.

Practice Focus

Julia focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law matters as well as ESG and sustainability matters. She advises domestic and international clients on M&A transactions (national and cross-border), joint ventures, the evolving EU regulatory agenda around ESG, as well as general corporate, compliance, commercial and contract law matters.
