• Advised the Olayan Financing Company (OFC) on the acquisition of a 24.5% stake in ICD Brookfield Place, the region's premier lifestyle and business location within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), from Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) and Brookfield.
• Acting for a tenant on the lease of a warehouse in Saudi Arabia.
• Acting for a tenant for the lease of space in various malls.
• Acting for the owner with the negotiations of the management agreements appointing a well-known operator of a development in the Middle East.
• Acting for a government entity with the acquisition of a plot of land in Abu Dhabi.

• Assisting a GCC real estate investment company with the due diligence of a large portfolio of industrial and logistic assets in Dubai.
• Advising a UAE developer on the real estate aspects of developing a plot of land in Ras Al Khaimah including the sale of off-plan properties to third parties and compliance with RERA regulations.
• Assisting a UK real estate development company on the due diligence of a large project to create 95 new homes.
• Assisting a UK Real Estate Investment Trust on the sale of a large industrial site in Durham.
