Adrian assists companies establish and maintain their operations in Australia and includes among his clients some of the largest companies in the world.

Adrian is one of the partners in charge of the corporate secretarial team at Baker McKenzie in Australia which maintains the corporate books and records and provides corporate secretarial services to almost a thousand companies in Australia – the majority of which are Australian subsidiaries of large multinational groups.

Adrian also has significant experience in reorganisations of corporate groups including:

• packaging businesses prior to an IPO, spin-off or disposal.

• post-acquisition integrations of acquired groups of companies.

• supply chain restructuring or restructuring a group's arrangements for the development, ownership and exploitation of intellectual property.
