Biography
Alessandra Calabrese is a counsel in Baker McKenzie’s Milan office. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and commercial agreements and contracts. The clients she works with are mainly domestic and international companies and organizations active in different industrial and commercial fields.
Practice Focus
Ms. Calabrese primarily advises clients in relation to domestic and cross-border acquisitions including share and asset transactions, private equity investments and divestitures, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and general commercial transactions, with a special focus on the hotels, restaurants and tourism industry (acquisition and divestment of real estate properties through asset deals and share deals, and real estate development projects in particular in the hotel and resort and retail sectors).
