Biography

Holly Bradley joined Baker McKenzie in September 2003 as a Trainee Solicitor and worked as an Associate in the London Tax Practice Group, advising on international tax planning and transactional tax matters, until 2022 when she became a Tax Knowledge Lawyer.

Holly worked for Cleary Gottlieb in London in the period from 2009 to 2012 and spent 18 months on secondment at Macquarie Bank in 2012-13.

Practice Focus

Holly helps the London and EMEA Tax Practice Group leverage its most important asset, its collective knowledge, to ensure that Baker McKenzie provides the highest quality advice to its clients. She supports our multidisciplinary practice group across Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing. Her role focuses on thought leadership and covers all knowledge management matters, including supporting the team by assisting with technical queries, keeping clients and colleagues up to date on relevant legal developments, producing comprehensive tax precedents and providing client and internal training.
