Baker McKenzie has successfully advised Count Limited on its acquisition of ASX listed Diverger Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement. The acquisition cements Count as a leading diversified financial services provider with a network which now represents over 590 accountants, in excess of 550 financial advisers and a greatly expanded suite of services.

Count is a leading provider of integrated accounting and wealth services. Diverger adds a growing collective of leading accounting and wealth brands to Count's already established stable of services in the Australian market.
