Baker McKenzie today announced that it had advised Trading Construction Works Organization ("Trading Construction Works" or "Company") on the agreement signed with Hotel Okura Co., Ltd., to manage the Okura Resort & Spa Phu Quoc, which will open in 2027. 

The new property, which is located at Long Beach on Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam, will feature 200 guestrooms with a standard area of approximately 538 square feet each. It will have five dining outlets and lounges, including a restaurant serving Japanese cuisine. Other facilities include a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, spa, and three banquet and meeting rooms. The property will also feature 65 beachfront villas.

Trading Construction Works Organization is a leading multi-industry economic group in Vietnam actively engaged in the fields of real estate, manufacturing, energy and other service sectors.
