Baker McKenzie has acted as legal adviser to Leonteq Securities AG ("Leonteq") regarding its new cooperation with VP Bank AG ("VP Bank") for the manufacturing and distribution of structured investment products under a newly-created innovative white-labelling issuance model.

The first of VP Bank's guaranteed structured investment products have recently been issued on Leonteq's platform.
