Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Media and Games Invest in its primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 300 million

Media and Games Invest SE has carried out a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 300 million to Swedish and international institutional investors. The subscription price in the transaction was determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure. 

Media and Games Invest SE is an advertising software platform with strong first party games content. The company's main operational presence is in Europe and North America, and its shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm and in the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Swedbank and Kepler Cheuvreux acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Media and Games Invest with an international Capital Markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner and Johanna Flink in Stockholm, Adam Farlow and Charles Farnsworth in London, as well as Paul DePasquale from the tax team in New York.
