At Baker & McKenzie, diversity and inclusion are in our DNA. Since our beginning, the differences of our people have helped us to navigate across borders, cultures and practices with ease. Baker & McKenzie is committed to the recruitment of a diverse workforce. We understand that organizations work best when people with different backgrounds and multiple points of view are brought together. We believe that this understanding allows us to better serve the rapidly changing needs of our clients across the world.
To further increase the diversity of our talent pool, our offices partner with a number of organizations designed to broaden the pool from which we recruit. We encourage our lawyers to leverage their affinity with professional associations as they continue their careers with us. In the past year, Baker & McKenzie has been a proud sponsor of several organizations including the following:
- Hispanic National Bar Association
- National Asian Pacific American Bar Association
- National Association of Women Lawyers
- National Black Law Student Association
- National LGBT Bar Association/Lavender Law Career Fair
