Robert Adam works in the Firm’s Corporate Group in London. He joined Baker & McKenzie as a trainee in 1998 and became a partner in July 2008. Robert was seconded to the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers from 2004 - 2006, since when he has specialised in public company takeovers. Robert was shortlisted for the prestigious Lawyer Awards’ Assistant Solicitor of the Year in 2006 and is listed among The Lawyer’s Hot 100 for 2007.
Practice Focus
Robert works mainly on public and private mergers and acquisitions (domestic and cross-border). He also handles a broad range of corporate transactions and general corporate advice.
