Peter R. George advises information technology companies on various aspects of their domestic and foreign operations. He has prepared numerous short articles on marketing and protecting software, computer and telecommunication products and services, as well as outsourcing. Early in his practice, Mr. George acted as associate counsel for small and medium-sized companies, helping them acquire an in-depth understanding of their core products, as well as the legal issues related to their delivery over the Internet and through traditional means.
Practice Focus
Mr. George routinely counsels providers and users in domestic and multijurisdictional outsourcing and offshoring transactions. These transactions include managed IT services, business process deals involving human resources, finance and accounting, as well as facilities management. Mr. George also assists clients with the general management of their intellectual property assets.
