Biography

Olof König is a member of Baker McKenzie's International Commercial & Trade Group in Stockholm. His main practice areas are export, import and sanctions compliance. Mr. König joined the Firm in 2010.

Practice Focus

Mr. König focuses his practice on trade compliance, anti-bribery compliance and commercial agreements, including distribution, agency and franchise agreements. He routinely advises clients from various industries, including the heavy industry, retail and service sectors, as well as investors with diverse investment strategy. These include private equity, venture capital and pension funds.
