Lawrence Lee serves as chairman of the Hong Kong, PRC and Vietnam offices of Baker & McKenzie and a partner of the Firm’s Commercial and Securities group. He also previously served as chairman of the Asia Pacific Regional Council and is a former Global Executive Committee member. He is a non-executive director of the Securities and Futures Commission, a member of the Hospital Authority and a founding director of Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre. Mr. Lee also serves as a senior professional adviser of Hong Kong China Chamber of Commerce Limited and as a fellow of Hong Kong Securities Institute.
