- Represented Fox International Channels, NBC Universal Global Networks, Multicanal Iberia in providing advice regarding new requirements and obligations under the new General Audiovisual Law implementing the audiovisual media service directive.
- Represented Turner Broadcasting Systems in the launch of a children's channel named Boing and advised regarding corporate, media regulatory and intellectual property issues.
- Drafted the necessary agreements and advised Warner Bros regarding IP licenses and clearances, related to the filming in Tenerife (Spain) of the picture entitled “Clash of the Titans.”
