John Fedele practices in the areas of antitrust and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Firm’s Washington, DC office, Mr. Fedele worked as an associate for the Complex Commercial Litigation group at Heller Ehrman LLP and served as as associate in the Litigation group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton, & Garrison. Mr. Fedele also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Henry H. Kennedy, Jr., federal district court judge for the District of Columbia.
Practice Focus
Mr. Fedele helps domestic and international companies resolve civil disputes and government investigations arising from their business activities in the United States and abroad. He has litigated a variety of matters in state and federal courts on a diverse range of issues, including trademark protection, data security, false advertising, unfair competition, business torts, class actions, and other disputed matters. Mr. Fedele is also experienced in Hart-Scott-Rodino ("HSR") filings and has represented clients before the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, as well as the Federal Trade Commission.
