Jean-François Vandenberghe joined Baker & McKenzie in 1994 and was admitted to the Brussels’ bar in the same year. He was made partner in 2006. Jean-François Vandenberghe has an extensive experience in real estate and M&A transactions (including their environmental aspects). He is co-managing partner of the Belgian office of Baker & McKenzie since 2009.
Practice Focus
Mr. Vandenberghe advises domestic and foreign clients on their real estate investments and on private M&A transactions. Mr. Vandenberghe also has significant experience addressing all matters relating to soil pollution in Flanders and Brussels— mainly in the framework of large real estate, M&A and infrastructure transactions.
