Ines Radmilovic currently serves as co-head of the M&A/corporate practice in Budapest. She is also the chairperson of the European M&A Practice Group Steering Committee, as well as a member of the Global M&A Practice Group Steering Committee. Ms. Radmilovic is part of the Central European Transactions Team group of the Firm’s Global Emerging Markets project.

Practice Focus

Ms. Radmilovic has advised clients from various industries — including banking, IT/communications, pharmaceuticals & healthcare, and manufacturing — on a range of transactional matters, including purchases and sales of businesses. She advises trade investors and private equity houses on their investment deals and investment exits, and provides the full range of services, from transaction structuring to transaction implementation.
