Graham Stuart is exceptionally fluent in transactions involving environment and climate change. He is the head of the Firm’s Europe Climate Change and Emissions Trading Practice Group, and is a partner at the London office of Baker & McKenzie. Prior to working with the Firm, Graham worked on Norton Rose LLP’s Climate Change and Carbon Finance practice. He has also performed pro bono work under the Kyoto Protocol’s project mechanisms.

Graham Stuart has extensive carbon markets experience — from origination to distribution. He advises clients on emissions reduction projects, secondary market trading operations, carbon driven equity investments, structured carbon transactions, as well as international and EU climate change law and policy. His clients range from carbon funds, investment banks, carbon credit aggregators and multinational compliance buyers.
