Graeme Dickson is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group in Sydney, and serves as global coordinator of the Firm's Hotels, Resorts & Tourism Practice Group. He has advised extensively on hotel and resort management contracts, as well as integrated resort developments in Australia and overseas. Graeme has also acted on some of Australia’s largest single and multiple property hotel and resort sales in recent years.
Practice Focus
Graeme’s practice focuses on structured property transactions including sales and purchases of hotel and resort properties. He also advises on managed investment fundraisings, including all forms of public trusts, timeshare schemes, tax-driven investment schemes and other similar investments.

- Acting for vendors, purchasers and operators on some of Australia's largest hotel transactions.
- Acting on many of the most significant structured multi-property hotel transactions in Australia ad the Asia Pacific.
- Advising on management documents (including non-disturbance agreements) between owners, operators and lenders, and strata title apartment hotel projects.
- Advising on multi-jurisdictional resort developments across Asia and elsewhere.
