Dr. Florian Kästle practices in the area of M&A, private equity, restructuring and corporate law. He joined Baker & McKenzie as a partner in 2000 and currently serves as head of Germany’s M&A Practice Group. Dr. Kästle also sits on the Firm’s Europe M&A Steering Committee. He is regularly cited by top legal directories in Germany as one of the leading M&A lawyers, and has been recognized by Chambers Global 2009 for his negotiation technique. In addition to regularly giving presentations on M&A and restructuring topics, Dr. Kästle authored the first legal commentary in German language on an English-language share purchase agreement.
