Represented private equity arm of large Australian investment fund, Babcock & Brown, on two rounds of investments into an offshore holding company with underlying assets in Indian passive telecoms infrastructure.
- Acted for privately held Singapore based contractor on its joint venture in Pakistan in a high end residential development
- Conducted a corporate governance audit on a 45/55 telecommunications joint venture between a large European multinational and the government of a South Asian state. Providing comprehensive analysis and suggestions for improvement in operation of board, shareholder communications and certain internal systems.
