Baker McKenzie advises Swisscanto and PUBLICA on the sale of the commercial services area of the "La Maladière" stadium in Neuchâtel

Baker McKenzie advised Swisscanto Anlagestiftung ("Swisscanto") and Swiss Federal Pension Fund PUBLICA ("PUBLICA") on the sale of their respective co-ownership shares in the commercial services area of the "La Maladière" stadium in Neuchâtel. The stadium, which is located close to Lake Neuchâtel, is home to the football club Neuchâtel Xamax.

The co-ownership shares were transferred to the prior main tenant of the shopping center located in the stadium complex. The transaction related exclusively to the usage of the commercial services area of the stadium with a shopping center, gyms and offices.

Baker McKenzie advised Swisscanto and PUBLICA on all legal and tax aspects of this asset deal.
