Baker McKenzie acts for JSC Bank of Georgia on its USD 300 million Additional Tier 1 issuance

Baker McKenzie, the leading global law firm, has advised the Bank of Georgia Group PLC's banking subsidiary, JSC Bank of Georgia, on the issuance of USD 300 million perpetual subordinated callable Additional Tier 1 notes. Baker McKenzie advised on the previous issuance of Additional Tier 1 notes by JSC Bank of Georgia in 2019, which was the first Additional Tier 1 issuance out of Georgia. The firm also recently advised on an Additional Tier 1 issuance by Akbank T.A.Ş.

The RegS/Rule 144A Notes were settled on 16 April 2024 and have been listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
