Baker McKenzie legal advisor to ABG Sundal Collier in Doxa's primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 200 million

Doxa AB (publ) has carried out a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 200 million. The subscription price was determined through an accelerated book-building procedure.

Doxa is active in real estate investments. The investment activities are focused on Swedish unlisted and listed property-related shares and other property-related assets, without limitation to property category, region, or holding period.

ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Bookrunner. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to ABG Sundal Collier with a capital markets team consisting of Henric Roth, Nanna Trulsson and Carl Bohman.
