Veronika is experienced in advising on public law regulation and ethical standards as well as the distribution, labelling and marketing of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, also advising companies at various levels of the pharmaceuticals and medical devices distribution chain, including assisting these companies in the negotiation and preparation of contractual documents, legal regulation of relationships entered into by these companies and preparation of internal documentation and internal policies.

Veronika is also experienced in civil law, insolvency law, competition law and litigations, having practiced in these areas at several international and local law firms.
