Molly’s practice touches upon a wide cross-section of legal areas within the broader Transactional Practice. Her work is largely split between the Banking, Major Projects and Restructuring & Insolvency Groups.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Assisting a biopharmaceutical corporation in managing a multinational reorganization in over 50 countries.

  • Advises with ongoing contractual analysis and answering legal inquiries related to maritime and shipping contracts for an multinational oil corporation.

  • Representing a debtor in its Chapter 7 bankruptcy involving liquidation of a series of health treatment centers both in researching and drafting motions.

  • Representing a debtor in a cross-border Chapter 15 bankruptcy involving a USD 20 million arbitral award.

  • Advised Aurora Acquisition Corp. in negotiating and entering into a reverse triangular merger with Better Holdco, Inc. to transform Better into a publicly-listed company in a USD 6.9 billion deal (USD 7.7 billion post-money equity value).

  • Represented Fresenius Medical Care AG & KGaA in the offering and sale of USD 1.5 billion of investment grade rated senior notes.

  • Advised and provided guidance to an international automobile manufacturer in its planned expansion of electric vehicle charging stations in the US.
