Biography
Christian Witthus is a senior associate and member of the German Tax Practice Group in Frankfurt. He advises multinational enterprises in international tax and particularly transfer pricing matters. Christian joined Baker McKenzie in February 2021 after having worked in the Transfer Pricing Team of PwC Germany for seven years. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration with focus on Accounting, Controlling and Taxation from the University of Muenster and is a Certified German Tax Advisor (Steuerberater).
Practice Focus
Christian advises his clients on all transfer pricing related matters from the planning and structuring of transfer pricing models over the implementation, the documentation to the defense in tax audits and litigations. His project experience includes inter alia global transfer pricing documentations (master/local file, CbCR), advice and implementation of transfer pricing guidelines for different transaction types, advice in value chain restructurings and transfer of functions as well as operational transfer pricing matters and the support of clients in various tax audits.
