Biography
Christopher M. Westman is a Corporate & Securities associate in Baker McKenzie's San Francisco office. Mr. Westman graduated from UC Hastings, College of the Law in 2013, magna cum laude. Mr. Westman previously worked in Baker McKenzie's Global Employment and Labor Law practice group. Prior to graduation, Mr. Westman worked as an extern for the Hon. Magistrate Judge Nathanael Cousins in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.

Mr. Westman advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate and securities matters. His practice focuses on general corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
