
Dr. Kathrin Weber, LL.M.
Biography
Dr. Kathrin Weber is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie's Corporate Practice Group in Frankfurt. Prior to joining the Firm in 2019, she worked for another international American and an international UK law firm. Kathrin holds a doctoral degree from the University of Würzburg and earned a Master of Laws for European law degree with a special focus on European economic law.
Practice Focus
Kathrin advises clients on all types of M&A and private equity transactions, as well as domestic and cross-border corporate reorganizations and general corporate law.
