  • Acting for a major Asian diversified real estate development company on their first venture into the UK market. The purchase of GBP 260 million property on Paternoster Square.

  • Advising a life assurance fund on a range of property finance transactions with loan values from GBP 50 - 100 million.

  • Acting for Mapletree Investments on the acquisition of Green Park, Reading for GBP 560 million.

  • Acting for Mapletree Investments on the acquisition of 18 US and 14 European industrial and logistical real estate assets in a mixture of asset and corporate deals for a purchase price of USD 860 million.

  • Acting for an Asian investor on the acquisition of a trophy retail building on London’s Oxford Street for GBP 350 million.
