Jana advises clients on preparation of employment and management agreements, employment termination, organizational changes and restructuring, employee transfers pursuant to TUPE rules (preservation of employee rights following enterprise transfer), employee benefits, prohibition of competition, equal treatment, activities of trade unions and employee councils, as well as matters regarding employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic.
She has experience of providing legal advice to key industrial entities with regard to domestic and international commercial and labor-law disputes.
