Jean-Dominique Touraille leads the Firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group in the Paris office. He regularly delivers presentations on various subjects related to his area of practice, including enforcement measures in the French legal system, as well as bankruptcy issues. Mr. Touraille is admitted to practice in Paris.

Jean-Dominique Touraille focuses his practice on distribution, product liability, post-acquisition disputes and bankruptcy proceedings. He is proficient in a broad range of litigation matters, including transport, construction, criminal and insurance litigation. He is also actively involved in cases relating to ICC arbitration.
