Ramon Tissafi is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Zurich office, where he mainly advises on real estate transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions. Ramon studied law at the University of Bern and earned his LLM degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Subsequently, he worked as a trainee lawyer in the Firm and assisted companies on the reorganization of their group structures, accompanied several initial public offerings, and provided legal assistance in major real estate transactions. He was admitted to the Zurich bar at the beginning of 2017.
Ramon assists and advises domestic and international clients mainly in the areas of corporate restructurings, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.
