Miriam Tiefenbacher

Baker & McKenzie Zurich


Miriam Tiefenbacher is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Zurich office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. She studied law at the College of Europe (LL.M.), the University of Basel (BLaw, MLaw in Transnational Law) and the University of Tel Aviv. She also holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva. During and after her studies, Miriam
worked for the Civil Court in Basel, the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in Bern and New York as well as several nongovernmental organizations.

Miriam was already a trainee lawyer at Baker McKenzie and re-joined the firm upon being admitted to the bar.

Practice Focus

Miriam advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate transactions as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
