Martin provides legal advice in the field of pharmaceutical law and healthcare, including issues relating to regulatory and ethical compliance. Martin focuses on the area of distribution, labelling and marketing of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, compliance and transparency. In addition, he advises clients in the pharmaceutical industry on various matters relating to commercial and administrative law.

Martin also practices in financial markets, banking and insurance, including regulatory issues and related consultancy. In his practice, he has been involved in advising banks, securities dealers, insurance companies and other financial institutions on financial market regulation and European legislation, including MiFID II, MAR, UCITS, AIFMD, and PSD II.
