Biography

Gabriella is an associate in the London Banking & Finance team and has experience representing a number of clients including corporates, debt funds and financial institutions. Her work to date includes a number of deals across different sectors and jurisdictions, with experience in real estate finance, restructuring and insolvency and general syndicated bank lending.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Advised Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, HSBC, DNB Markets, Fifth Third Securities, ING, MUFG, Truist Securities, BofA Securities and Citizens Capital Markets in connection with security package for the issuance by Encore Capital Group, Inc of GBP 300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior secured notes.

  • Advised Global Loan Agency Services on the restructuring of international casual dining group PizzaExpress, implemented via the new English Restructuring Plan process.

  • Advised a leading German Bank on a GBP 190m financing for the acquisition of a large portfolio of logistics assets in England and Ireland.

  • Advised the South African lender group on the financial restructuring of Petra Diamonds Limited.

  • Advised a leading private equity fund its on 400 million SEK joint-venture investment Real Estate Financing in Sweden.
