Catalina is a junior associate at Baker McKenzie's Bogota office. In addition to her law degree, she is currently finishing her second major in Literary Studies, with a minor in editorial management. She joined the Firm’s Intellectual Property practice in January 2015.
As an associate in the Intellectual Property practice, Catalina advises domestic and international clients on the management of their trademark portfolios in the region. She has also counselled clients on the protection and defense of their marks, through monitoring and the implementation of anti-infringement strategies.
