James B. Sitrick is a member of the Firm's North American Corporate & Securities Practice in the New York office. He previously served as the Secretary-General of the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA). Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Mr. Stirick practiced in Coudert Brothers LLP, where he chaired the Executive Committee. He also worked in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Treasury for International Tax Policy of the US Treasury Department from 1965 to 1967.
Mr. Sitrick handles a broad range of corporate and securities matters, and at present teaches an honors seminar at New York University on "America's Role in International Affairs since World War II."
