Alexandra focuses her practice on matters related to individual employment relationships, social security and immigration matters. She advises on individual labor law, immigration and social security, especially on matters related to labor and migration obligations arising from hiring and terminating employment relationships with expatriates.
Alexandra has experience in immigration issues, expatriation policies, expatriate recruitment arrangements, expatriate compensation schemes and the application of multilateral social security agreements. She also has experience in the process of obtaining visas and temporary immigration permits, and handling immigration procedures and administrative investigations by immigration authorities.
