Ayako Shiraishi is a member of the Firm’s Corporate M&A group in Tokyo. Her experience includes working with the Firm’s office in New York, and working in-house on a secondment at the legal department of a major consulting firm.
Ayako focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and acquisition finance. She is experienced in legal due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation related to cross-border and domestic M&A transactions as well as acquisition finance transactions. She also advises on organizational restructuring of Japanese and international corporations.
