Kateřina Šejdová’s practice in the field of Pharmaceutical & Healthcare focuses on ensuring compliance with legal regulations as well as ethical standards relating to pharmaceuticals and medical devices. In particular, Kateřina provides advisory on matters related to clinical trials, manufacturing, product distribution, advertising as well as pricing and reimbursement of pharmaceuticals and medical devices and assists clients in negotiating and drafting corresponding agreements, including price agreements and risk sharing agreements with health insurance companies, clinical trial agreements and sponsorship agreements.
In addition, Kateřina is experienced in commercial law and regularly advises pharmaceutical companies on general contractual matters.
