Biography
Eva Schürmann is an associate in the Employment Group in Baker McKenzie's Munich office. She joined the Firm in 2022. She spent her legal clerkship in the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court in Hamm and passed her second state exam in 2022.
Practice Focus
Eva advises companies on both individual and collective law issues, such as the drafting of employment and managing director service agreements, the introduction or modification of bonus plans, reorganizations and restructuring measures, as well as in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Eva regularly represents employers in disputes in and out of court.
