René Schreiber is a partner in the Firm's Zurich office, and has more than 20 years of experience in tax matters. He is a member of the study commission and teaches international tax law at the Kalaidos Fachhochschule as well as at the University of Zurich. He is also a member of the Tax Specialist Group at the Swiss Expert Association for Audit, Tax, and Fiduciary (EXPERTsuisse).

Practice Focus

René focuses his practice on corporate tax planning for domestic and multinational companies and cross-border business restructuring. He advises Swiss and multinational companies on all tax aspects of reorganizations and M&A transactions as well as on equity compensation programs. René has extensive experience in all industries with a focus on the energy and utilities sector, as well as the manufacturing and consumer industries. His cross-border activities cover numerous jurisdictions, including Germany, Italy, UK, US and Spain.
