Biography

Caterina Schlögel is an associate in the Munich Baker McKenzie office and a member of the IPTech Practice Group. She studied law at the University of Munich, the University of Leuven and the University of Neuchatel. During her judicial clerkship, she worked for an international law firm in Munich and New York.

Practice Focus

Caterina advises German and international clients on all aspects of information technology law e.g. internet (e-commerce and m-commerce) and computer/software law as well as on all aspects of data protection law. In addition, she advises on matters relating to compliance and general contract law.
