Felipe Sanclemente is an associate at Baker McKenzie's Bogota office and a member of its M&A and Corporate Practice Group. He has more than seven years of experience as a lawyer and has practiced in several areas, particularly in M&A, corporate law and corporate dispute resolutions.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2017, Felipe worked on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law matters at an important local firm. He was also with the Private Enforcement Division of the Superintendence of Corporations where he worked on corporate dispute resolutions.
